About Us
Macquarie University Art Gallery has been in operation since 1999, focusing on providing the campus and local community with a changing exhibition program.
Macquarie’s extensive collection of major post-1960s Australian artworks includes museum-quality art on loan from private collectors, as well as representative works by leading artists which have been purchased by, or donated to, the University. The collection also includes a wide-ranging selection of superb indigenous artworks.
